Presentation/Demonstration Features:  

Hosts can conduct whiteboard sessions, lead audiences through leader-synchronized web tours and share virtually anything onscreen in real-time. The toolset could use some attention, but given the simplicity of setup and ease of use, users are likely to make better use of Dimdim Pro’s tools than even pricier and tool-heavy competitors.

Dimdim might not be the best-suited program for sales demonstrations and presentations, but few if any programs offer the ad hoc, improvisational flexibility of Dimdim.

Though Dimdim integrates video and shares screens fairly easily, making adjustments to resolution and screen appearance are more complicated tasks.

Dimdim also offers email information and a 24/7 crisis support team for those that upgrade to the Enterprise version.

Dimdim is a creative, innovative force in Web Conferencing services, despite being a relative newcomer. In only a few years, it has managed to craft a simple, seamless and unified service and do so with a user-friendly, flat-rate pricing model. But, while Dimdim is neck-and-neck with the top Web Conferencing programs like Connect Pro and WebEx in some areas, it is an also-ran in other areas like security features.
